Fully Remote Opportunity
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Astute Recruitment are working with well-known business in Alfreton, recruiting for proactive and enthusiastic Purchase Ledger professional to join their friendly team on a part-time, permanent basis (24 hours per week). This role involves working across multiple entities and handling multi-currency transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
*Accurately process invoices in SAP to ensure timely payments to vendors
*Efficiently resolve outstanding queries
*Maintain and update the vendor database
*Communicate regularly with vendors regarding account status
*Provide support across the team as needed
*Reconcile supplier statements
What We’re Looking For:
*Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced Accounts Payable environment
*Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
*Experience processing staff expenses (a key part of the role)
*SAP experience is beneficial
*Strong Excel skills are essential
