What You’ll Do:
As our HSE Administrator your keen eye for detail and proactive approach will ensure we meet our compliance requirements and foster a culture of safety. Here’s what you can expect to be involved in:
*Support & Coordination: Assist in the implementation of HSE policies and procedures, ensuring that everyone on-site adheres to best practises.
*Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate HSE records and documentation, including accident reports, safety audits, and training records.
*Training Facilitation: Help coordinate safety training sessions and workshops to keep our staff informed and engaged.
*Audits & Inspections: Participate in safety audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to action plans.
*Communication: Foster a positive safety culture by promoting awareness and communicating HSE updates to all staff members.
Who You Are:
*An understanding of health and safety regulations and best practises would be advantageous
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
*Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HSE management software, but will be trained
*Strong administration skills
