My client is seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to cover maternity leave in a standalone role, encompassing all generalist HR duties. A great opportunity for someone looking to step up to an HR Advisor role.Key Responsibilities:
*Manage disciplinaries and grievances
*Oversee sickness absence and performance management
*Handle flexible working requests, maternity, and paternity leave
*Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process
*Induct new starters and manage all HR administration
*Prepare offer letters and contracts for new employees
*Manage starters and leavers processes
*This role is on site 5 days per week in Bedford.
Requirements:
*You will either have experience as an HR Advisor or will be looking for that next step from HR Assistant/ HR Co-ordinator level.
*You must have experience managing low-level ER cases from end-end.
*You must have experience managing recruitment and selection from end-end.
*You will ideally be qualified to level 3 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
*You must be able to start with no more than 1 month’s notice.
