Are you a compassionate and experienced leader looking for an opportunity to make a real difference? We are seeking a dedicated ResidentialCare Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our 28-bed care home in Mansfield.
About the Role:
As the Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance while fostering a positive environment for both residents and staff. You will play a key role in delivering person-centred care, managing budgets, and maintaining regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and inspire a team of care professionals to provide exceptional care and support to residents.
*Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and other relevant guidelines.
*Manage budgets, resources, and occupancy levels effectively.
*Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
*Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff to maintain a high-performing team.
*Continuously improve care standards and service delivery.
About You:
*Proven experience as a Care Home Manager or in a senior leadership role within a care setting.
*A strong understanding of CQC regulations and care standards.
*Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
*A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
*NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it) is desirable.
