Accounts Payable Specialist - Fluent Italian

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - (initially 5 days for first 2 weeks then reducing to 1-2 days per week)

Key Responsibilities:
*Process and manage invoices across multiple European regions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
*Liaise with Italian-speaking vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve queries efficiently.
*Perform reconciliations, including supplier statements and bank accounts.
*Assist with payment runs and ensure timely processing of transactions.
*Maintain accurate financial records and contribute to month-end closing processes.
*Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
Key Requirements:
*Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written).
*Experience in an Accounts Payable role, ideally within a multinational or media environment.
*Strong understanding of European VAT regulations and AP processes.
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
*Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
