Assistant Client Relationship Manager
Location: Belfast
Salary: £26k - £28k per annum

The Role:
As an Assistant Client Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in the proactive management of a property portfolio. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring financial and administrative excellence.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for professional growth through a comprehensive 12-month training program.
? Key Responsibilities:
*Portfolio Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of a property portfolio, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.
*Customer Service: Provide clear, concise, and accurate communication to clients, maintaining a customer-focused approach.
*Client Engagement: *Proactively meet with new proprietors to introduce yourself as their key point of contact.
*Clarify the services provided and set clear expectations.

*Budget & Financial Management: *Formulate and manage budgets for each development.
*Ensure timely billing, cash flow, and financial accuracy.

*Communication & Correspondence: *Manage telephone calls, emails, and written communication promptly and professionally.
*Attend AGMs and development meetings as required.

*Compliance & Record Management: *Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and legal governance.
*Maintain accurate records of inspections, meetings, and property updates.

*Contractor & Third-Party Liaison: *Raise job orders, negotiate rates, and monitor contractor performance.
*Ensure contractors adhere to business standards and specifications.

*Site Inspections: *Conduct regular site inspections and upload detailed reports.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
