Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Panel Beater / MET Technician in the Crawley area. Our Client has a requirement for a Panel Beater / MET Technician to join their bodyshop.
Our Client, an Automotive family-run Crash Repair Centre is seeking a skilled Panel Beater / Panel Technician to complement their existing team of Panel Beaters.
Benefits within this Panel Beater / MET Technician role include:
*Pay: £50,000 - £55,000 (Depending on experience and skills)
*Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5:30pm (No weekends!)
*Supportive Team: Work in a welcoming, family-run business where every team member is valued.
*Stable Hours: Enjoy a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, 8am - 5:30pm, with no weekends.
*Competitive Pay: Earn between £50,000 - £55,000 depending on experience and skills.

What they require from the successful Panel Beater / MET Technician:
*A previous working experience within a Panel Beater / MET Technician role.
*ATA would be advantageous to your application
*Full Panel Beater qualifications to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
*An efficient and hard-working Panel Beater with good attention to detail
*A good communicator
*Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques, panel replacement, and MET procedures
Typical duties of a Panel Beater / MET Technician for our Client:
*Replacement of Panels
*Removing and replacing the body shell of vehicles
*Panel Straightening and Filling
*Body Alignment
*Welding and Bonding
*Strip and refit mechanical and electrical components as part of the repair process.
The salary of this Panel Beater / MET Technician role is up to £55,000.
