Job Description:
A leading city law firm are now seeking a highly organised PA to support the Director of Property and Workplace in their central management team. This is a really exciting and pivotal time to join as the successful Assistant will be involved in supporting them with their upcoming office relocation.
This is a busy and varied role requiring excellent administrative, organisational, and communication skills. You will assist with diary management, project coordination, and liaising with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
*Act as a gatekeeper for the Director.
*Diary management and travel arrangements.
*Meeting organisation to include collating papers, preparing agendas, drafting correspondence and attending to take minutes when necessary.
*Preparing reports.
*Ongoing project support to include identifying and improving processes.
*Liaise with internal teams and external partners professionally.
*Manage any necessary document production including PowerPoint presentations and drafting correspondence.
*Other administrative tasks such as expense management, actioning emails and filing.
About You
*PA and project administration experience.
*An understanding of how a facilities/operations team works and facilities terminology.
*Strong organisational and time-management skills.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
*Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.
