We are recruiting for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join a fantastic business on a 6-month contract.

The business is a leading contractor in the construction industry. It has a fantastic reputation within its field and has a history of hundreds of projects across Europe.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the most high profile projects within the business!

This is a contract position with the potential to go permanent.

Health & Safety Manager - Responsibilities & Requirements
*Must have proven Health & Safety experience, ideally within a construction based environment
*Responsible for carrying out daily Health & Safety inspection on the project
*Reporting to the Project Manager and Managing Director
*Reviewing sub-contractor RAMS
*Effective communication skills and able to deal with people at all levels
*Carrying out toolbox talks and delivering briefings
*Responsible for assisting site teams and supporting with site related health and safety issues
*Assisting in introducing new health, safety and environmental initiatives
*Carrying out accident reports and near miss analysis
*Experience with relevant regulations such as LOLER, PUWER, ISO45001, Health & Safety at Work act 1974
*You will be positive, reliable and flexible in your approach
