The Role
You will be advising on a broad range of complex and high-profile financing transactions across the energy and infrastructure sectors, including:
*Project finance for renewable energy, transport, and utilities.
*Acquisition and structured finance for major infrastructure projects.
*Private equity and institutional investments in energy assets.
*Sustainable finance, including green and ESG-linked lending.
The role offers exposure to cutting-edge matters, working closely with top-tier clients, including banks, investors, developers, and sponsors.
About You
*1-4 years’ PQE with experience in banking, project finance, or energy & infrastructure finance from a leading firm.
*Strong technical skills and commercial acumen.
*Strong academic background, having graduated from a Russell Group university.
*Ability to manage complex transactions and build client relationships.
