? Rapid assessments and speedy discharges - helping patients move forward, not backward!
? Using your specialist OT & PT skills to prevent hospital admissions and reduce readmissions.
? Working hand-in-hand with community services and a brilliant multidisciplinary team.
? Bringing your A-game to an integrated OT/PT service, where collaboration and adaptability are key.
? Flexing across a seven-day service to meet demand - because patient needs don’t stick to a 9-to-5!
�? What you’ll need to bring:
�?? HCPC Registration
?? A Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy
?? Evidence of postgraduate learning relevant to this exciting clinical area
