Pear Recruitment - Sales Progressor - Catford
Salary - £25,000 - £27,000, OTE £30,000 - £35,000
Hours - Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
Our client award winners for best estate agent in 2024, with a recognition for marketing, customer service and sales and lettings results are based in Catford and looking for a Sales Progressor with a minimum of 2-3 year’s experience to join their established team.
The ideal candidate will possess ambition and be prepared to work in a busy fast paced environment. Experience is essential for this role; If you are well presented, and keen to further your career with a leading company please send your CV to be considered for this role.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the sales process from offer to completion
- Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers
- Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and promptly
- Providing regular updates to all parties involved
- Resolving any issues that may arise during the sales process
