This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to play a key role in shaping business strategy, driving performance, and influencing decision-making.

This role offers a hybrid working patten, 3 days in the office & 2 days working from home.

Key Responsibilities:
*Financial & Trading Insights – Review daily, weekly & monthly trading performance, identifying risks & opportunities
*Budgeting & Forecasting – Work closely with Commercial Finance & Buying teams to translate commercial plans into robust financial models
*Supplier Rebates & Incentives – Oversee supplier funding, ensuring alignment with financial targets
*Pricing & Stock Analysis – Support pricing decisions & stock management through detailed financial modelling & reporting
*Process Improvements – Continuously refine reporting & analytical processes to enhance efficiency & accuracy

What We’re Looking For:
*Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
*Commercially savvy with strong business partnering experience (Retail/FMCG experience desirable)
*Advanced Excel skills & exposure to data analytics tools
*Strong analytical mindset with the ability to see both the details & the bigger picture
*Confident communicator, able to challenge & influence senior stakeholders
