Job Description:
Project Coordinator *Location: Worcester
*Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE)
*Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (flexible options available after probation)
*Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Day-to-day of the role: *Work closely with the Senior Project Manager to coordinate various project aspects from start to finish.
*Update project milestones using in-house project management tools.
*Attend meetings to update stakeholders and ensure all parties are informed.
*Create concise project information and presentations using tools like PowerPoint and InDesign.
*Liaise with external stakeholders to maintain communication and project alignment.
*Support senior managers with administrative tasks and take minutes at meetings.
*Review processes at project completion and provide feedback to senior stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
*Excellent communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
*Strong organisational skills and proficiency in using project management software and Microsoft Office.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Experience in creating presentations and handling administrative responsibilities.
*A positive attitude towards learning and adapting within a growing business.
