*The hours of work and shift patterns available are: Monday to Friday 05:30 - 14:30 (Early 13:30 finish on Tuesday)
*The rate of pay is: £13.91 ph

Main Responsibilities: As a Section Leader in our Portions team your key responsibilities will be:
*Supervision of the people and processes within a section of the department to ensure health & safety, food safety and supply volumes are met at all times within the expected parameters.  
*Planning of labour and production
*Ensuring adherence to strict health, safety and hygiene standards expected by the company and its customers.
*Ensuring products meet the high quality standards required 

Ideal Candidate: As our Ideal Candidate you’ll demonstrate that you have:
*An excellent level of English, both written and spoken, in order to communicate effectively across your team, between departments and at all levels of management
*The ability to motivate others
*Excellent attention to detail with the ability to remain focused 
*The ability to work in a fast paced environment
*An adaptable approach
*Highly organised 
Experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications would be helpful but not essential.
