The Role: * Lead and develop the art department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning

* Teach engaging and creative art lessons to KS3, KS4, and KS5 students

* Oversee curriculum planning, assessment, and student progress tracking

* Support and mentor colleagues within the department to enhance teaching quality

* Work closely with school leadership to develop and implement departmental initiatives

* Foster a positive and inspiring learning environment that encourages creativity

* Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities
