As tehe business continues to expand, we are seeking a talented and experienced Supply Chain & Operations Director to join their team and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
*Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with our business goals and support growth.
*Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of supply chain operations, including procurement, production, logistics, and distribution.
*Change Management: Lead change initiatives to optimize processes and ensure smooth transitions.
*SAP Integration: Utilize SAP systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
*Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and support for supply chain initiatives.
*Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure supply chain stability and resilience.
*Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
*Team Development: Provide training and support to staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Profile
Ideally, the successful candidate will have the following background:
*Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
*Relevant certifications (CSCP, CPIM, CPSM) are a plus.
*7-10 years of experience in supply chain and operations roles, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic planning.
*Strong understanding of SAP systems and supply chain management tools.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to lead change management initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
*Experience of leading a supply chain function at both SLT and CSuite Level would be benefitial
