Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to work across acute and community settings, providing high-quality therapeutic interventions to enhance patient recovery and promote independence.
Key Responsibilities * Conduct comprehensive assessments and design individualised care plans.
* Deliver therapy interventions for patients in acute and community settings.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Support safe and efficient discharge planning.
Key Requirements * HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
* Minimum of 6 months NHS experience, preferably in acute or community care.
* Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and teamwork skills.
