Responsibilities:
*Provide administrative support to the sales team by processing and managing holiday bookings.
*Collate and deliver information for quotes, inquiries, and confirmed bookings on destinations, accommodations, and experiences promptly and professionally.
*Prepare and present information according to company guidelines, responding to clients and agents via email and phone in a timely manner.
*Proactively liaise with suppliers, hotels, and partners to secure availability, confirmations, and accurate booking details.
*Book ancillary services and arrange customer special requests, aiming to exceed clients’ expectations at every turn.
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in booking, airline, and CRM systems.
*Carry out timely reconfirmation of holiday arrangements prior to departure, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
*Issue system-generated client documentation, including invoices and final documents.
*Provide post-booking support, including processing amendments, cancellations, and additional special requests.
Education, Skills & Experience:
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Proficient in MS Office.
*Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or a travel-related role preferred.
*Familiarity with travel systems and Airline GDS systems is a plus.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team, using initiative.
*A passion for travel and an understanding of the tour operator industry is advantageous.
*Proven ability to manage competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
*Strong motivation for delivering excellent service.
