Key Responsibilities:

*Serve as the key financial interface between practice group management and the Finance department.
*Provide financial expertise and support to improve profitability, working capital, and financial efficiency.
*Lead the annual planning and budgeting process for the practice group.
*Conduct financial analysis and provide insightful commentary to support decision-making.
*Support strategic business development, client retention, and increased client profitability.
What We’re Looking For:

*ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified with proven post-qualification experience.
*Strong commercial acumen and exceptional financial analysis skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Experience in finance business partnering within a professional services environment.
*Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders effectively.
