Job Description:
My dynamic and forward thinking Client is currently looking to add to their Sales Support Team. We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organised Administrator to support a team of sales professionals within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong administrative skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, this could be the perfect role for you.

YOU WILL BE:
*Provide vital administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
*Manage and organise sales documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
*Coordinate internal communications and act as a point of contact between the sales team and other departments.
*Prepare and process sales reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
*Assist with customer queries and support the team in maintaining excellent client relationships.
*Maintain office supplies and manage scheduling as needed.
YOU WILL HAVE:
*Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders.
*Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally supporting a sales team or similar function.
*Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
*A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support others.
