Full-Time - Permanent Contract

Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the Higher Education provision across the Health department.
* Handle administrative responsibilities to ensure the smooth and effective running of the department.
* Drive Higher Education recruitment in line with the College’s University Centre KPIs while providing support to programme teams to help them achieve their targets.
Requirements: * Strong vocational background in Health or Social Care with proven experience in leading and managing teams.
* Level 6 qualification in Health and Social Care or a related field.
* Post-16 teaching qualification.
* Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams to achieve KPIs, with a focus on high-quality Higher Education provision.
* Proven ability to design and implement effective teaching strategies that support Higher Education students, including those with additional needs or barriers to learning.
