The Sales and Performance Manager role:

As the Sales and Performance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth both at events and fixed locations. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing and mentoring sales teams, and fostering productive relationships with key stakeholders. With a hands-on approach and a commitment to excellence, you will lead by example, ensuring that targets are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Monitoring & driving sales performance at events
+ Analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities
+ Mentoring and supporting sales teams to optimise performance
+ Ensuring product knowledge training is up to date
+ Driving excellence in stand presentation and brand representation
+ Ensuring full staffing coverage at events
+ Coordinating shift assignments and managing scheduling conflicts
+ Onboarding new team members and integrating them into communication channels
+ Conducting regular team meetings and calls
+ Providing sales updates, operational strategies and staffing info
+ Addressing and resolving team concerns to maintain high morale
+ Collaborating with key stakeholders to refine strategies
+ Reviewing and verifying weekly sales reports
+ Tracking expenses and attendance records
+ Maintaining scheduling tools and preparing performance reviews
+ Managing uniform distribution and logistical coordination

+ Experience in staffing, scheduling, and team coordination
+ Ability to analyse sales data and drive continuous improvement
