*Supporting business leaders in executing strategies while fostering a diverse, inclusive, and respectful organisational culture
*Championing HR initiatives, advocating for employees, and guiding organizational design, talent development, and succession planning
*Driving people strategy and processes like performance management, leadership development, and succession planning to meet business needs
*Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement policies and processes that support continued business growth and success
*Aligning HR metrics with business metrics, improving delivery to support key business initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
