The role
*Support the Sourcing Manager in supplier audits, contract negotiations, and benchmarking exercises.
*Maintain supplier records, agreements, and performance dashboards.
*Collect and analyse market data on materials, logistics, and regional production costs. Assist in risk-assessed project timelines with Estimating & Project Teams.
*Ensure suppliers meet quality, service, and ethical standards.
*Identify sourcing opportunities and engage in contract negotiations.
*Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events across Europe & Asia.

*Degree-educated with a passion for supply chain management.
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
*Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
*Willingness to travel and engage with global suppliers.
*Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of technical drawings is a plus.
