The job you will do:
*You will be working as part of a production team performing manufacturing functions of welding and assembly in accordance with the relevant standards and any other standards which may apply to these functions.
*Typically, the welding of various engineered products fabricated with thin gauge aluminium alloys.
*This will include complex fillet welds and tube welding
*Working to rigid quality standards, producing high quality welded components.
About you:
*Extensive experience of TIG welding on aluminium alloys is essential
*Ideally you will be a time served or coded welder
*You will ideally come from a fabrication or engineering background.
*You must have a strong ability to read engineering drawings.
*Applicants will be required to undertake a weld test, with successful candidate undertaking the relevant coding qualification.
