Job Description:
Health & Social Care Teacher *Hourly Rate: £25 - £32 (including holiday pay)
*Location: Derbyshire
*Job Type: Part-time, Temporary (3 days per week)
We are seeking a Health & Social Care Teacher to join our team on a temporary basis, The role involves teaching Level 2 Health & Social Care, ideally to candidates with experience delivering this BTEC.
Day-to-day of the role: *Teach Level 2 BTEC Health & Social Care.
*Prepare and deliver engaging and informative lessons that meet curriculum standards.
*Assess and evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
*Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning.
*Collaborate with other teaching staff to enhance teaching practices and experiences for students.
*Manage classroom resources and ensure a safe and tidy environment that is conducive to learning.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proven experience in teaching Health & Social Care, ideally at BTEC Level 2.
*Relevant teaching qualification.
*Strong organisational and communication skills.
*Ability to engage and inspire students.
*Flexibility to adapt to evolving classroom situations.
