Job Description:
Business Development / Parts & Service Coordinator
Hours: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday - Part-time
Salary: 30-35k pro rata
Our client seeks a Part-Time Business Development / Parts & Service Coordinator to support their growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer interaction, business development, and hands-on coordination within the motor trade.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Generating new business - identifying and reaching out to potential clients to expand the company’s customer base.
Managing parts distribution - ensuring technicians have the correct parts for servicing and repairs.
Handling customer inquiries - taking calls, managing bookings, and delivering excellent service.
Liaising with suppliers - ordering parts and managing stock levels.
Providing administrative support - assisting with daily operations to keep things running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
A confident and proactive communicator with a passion for building client relationships.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
Some knowledge of vehicle parts or the motor trade.
Proficiency in basic IT systems (emails, spreadsheets, booking systems).
A self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
