*Collaborate with senior management and other departments to optimize operations
Requirements:
*Proven experience as a Heavy Plant Manager or similar role
*Strong knowledge of heavy plant machinery, operation, and maintenance
*Solid understanding of health & safety regulations
*Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office & relevant plant management software
