The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on some of the most significant energy and infrastructure projects worldwide. The role involves advising on:
*Major energy and infrastructure transactions, including M&A, project development, and joint ventures.
*Regulatory and commercial matters within the energy, renewables, and utilities sectors.
*Financing and structuring of large-scale projects, including public-private partnerships (PPPs).
*Supporting clients through the energy transition, with a focus on decarbonisation and sustainable investment.

About You
We are looking for a lawyer with:
*At least 3 years’ post-qualification experience in energy, infrastructure, and/or project finance.
*A strong background in transactional and regulatory work within the sector.
*Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
