You’ll be an enthusiastic and methodical professional with at least 12 months’ involvement in a Residential Property department. You will:

*Communicate clearly and professionally – Whether by phone, in person, or email.

*Take initiative – Show dependability, autonomy, and a desire to keep learning.
Duties & Key Responsibilities
*Offering practical assistance to a Licensed Conveyancer on residential property files.
*Liaising with clients and other parties to support the smooth handling of transactions.
*Monitoring billable time and contributing to income-generating activities.
*Supporting tasks related to mortgage processes and additional areas linked to property law.
