*Have strong attention to accuracy – Deliver error-free support throughout the conveyancing process.
*Collaborate effectively – Work seamlessly with teammates, clients, and external contacts.
*Communicate clearly and professionally – Whether by phone, in person, or email.
*Be agile and forward-thinking – Tackle varied tasks with efficiency and maintain a high standard of work.
*Take initiative – Show dependability, autonomy, and a desire to keep learning.
Duties & Key Responsibilities
*Offering practical assistance to a Licensed Conveyancer on residential property files.
*Liaising with clients and other parties to support the smooth handling of transactions.
*Monitoring billable time and contributing to income-generating activities.
*Supporting tasks related to mortgage processes and additional areas linked to property law.
