Description
Monday - Friday 8:45am until 17:30pm
*Maintenance and Repairs: Ensuring the property is well-maintained and addressing any repair needs promptly.
*Tenant Relations: Handling tenant inquiries, complaints, and lease agreements.
*Financial Management: Collecting rent, managing budgets, and preparing financial reports.
*Legal Compliance: Ensuring the property complies with local laws and regulations.
*Marketing and Leasing: Advertising vacancies and screening potential tenants.
Profile
The ideal candidate for a property manager role is highly organised, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. They should be adept at problem-solving, have a strong understanding of property laws and regulations, and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
