A leading international law firm seeking a talented and ambitious 3+ PQE Lawyer to join their highly regarded Energy & Infrastructure Finance team in London as either Associate or Senior Associate!

The Role
*As a key member of the team, you will advise on a broad range of energy, infrastructure, and project finance matters, including:
*Acting for lenders, sponsors, and developers on major energy transition, renewables, and infrastructure projects.
*Structuring and negotiating complex financing arrangements, including project finance, acquisition finance, and debt restructuring.
*Advising on public-private partnerships (PPPs) and regulated utility financings.
*Engaging with global clients across multiple jurisdictions, often on market-leading transactions.
The Ideal Candidate
*At least 3 years’ post-qualification experience in project finance, infrastructure finance, or related fields.
*Experience working on complex financing transactions, ideally within the energy and infrastructure sectors.
*Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
