Job Description:
Our Client a well established and growing building consultancy are seeking to recruit a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join their award-winning team based in Warrington.
You’ll be working on:
*Project Management & Contract Administration of high-profile workspace fit-outs and refurbishments with contract values ranging from £50K up to £20M.
*General commercial building surveying duties including Acquisition Surveys, Schedules of Condition, Project Monitoring.
*Preparing and negotiating Schedules of Dilapidations, on behalf of both landlords and tenants.

*A highly competent surveyor who provides an exceptional standard of service.
*A confident leader who can train and mentor junior colleagues.
*Someone effective in maintaining and growing client relationships.
*Someone experienced in presenting and pitching for new business.
*Someone with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
*Someone who is confident and able to represent the business at industry events.
Technical Requirements
*A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.
*Experience working for a commercial Building Consultancy practice.
*Experience of Contract Administration and Cost Control.
*Experience of the Law of Dilapidations.
*Working knowledge and experience administering the JCT suite of contracts.

*Salary commensurate with experience.
*Bonus - You will be part of a discretionary bonus arrangement that is announced annually in May.
*Flexible working policy - 5 day (37.5hrs) working week with core hours 10am-3pm, 1 day work from home a week and an early finish on Fridays.
*Holidays - 25 days plus bank holidays, and we shut the office between Christmas and New Year without the need to use your annual leave allowance.
*Pension - company contribution of 5% and the employee contributes a minimum of 3%
