Production & Material Controller required for our Manufacturing client based in Sheffield.
Production & Material Controller Benefits:
*Salary: 28-35k DOE
*Location: Sheffield, S9 - full time office based
*Hours: 8am to 5pm
*Contract: Permanent

Production & Material Controller Key Responsibilities:
As a Production & Material Controller, your main responsibility will be scheduling materials according to customer requirements and generating production orders. You will play a crucial role in liaising with both customers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Production & Material Controller Key Duties Include:
*Coordinating the scheduling of materials based on customer needs.
*Generating and managing production orders.
*Communicating effectively with customers and suppliers to address any issues or delays.
*Monitoring inventory levels and stock audits.
*Working closely with Production teams to ensure material needs are met according to production schedules.
*Demonstrating a hands-on approach and providing solutions to problems as they arise.
*Address any issues with supply chain delays, material shortages or production disruptions.
Production & Material Controller Criteria:
*Have previous experience in in a similar role - essential.
*Have previous experience in timber manufacturing or a related field (highly advantageous).
*Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
*Demonstrate strong planning, organisational, and administrative abilities.
*Be self-motivated with a clear focus and drive, contributing positively to the business.
*Excellent IT skills, particularly for scheduling and administrative tasks.
