Role:
*Developing and delivering induction programs
*Providing support and developing people to exceed their targets.
*Shape and develop new employees for our Customer Service and Sales Teams. T

*Responsible for promoting and setting professional standards
*First point of contact for new starters and provide coaching & support for our existing staff
*Delivering refresher training and buzz sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver high-quality classroom and remote training sessions
*Evaluate their effectiveness
*Design deliver and update training materials
*Support new starters into the business providing a high-quality onboarding experience from recruitment to delivery to their team.
*Work collaboratively with the training team
*Assist with administering training events from external sources
*Liaise with suppliers and other departments to assist in the planning and organising of training
*Assist in updating supplier information on the Learning Management System
*Assist and support the team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
*Work collaboratively with other departments to check accuracy of training information
*Comply with all company policies and procedures
*Coaching, developing individuals and teams to improve performance an exceed KPI’s
*Improve the customer experience at every interaction
Skills and Experience:
*Training experience is Essential
*Cruise Travel Knowledge is Essential
*Internal systems and processes knowledge is an advantage
*Excellent IT skills a good working knowledge of G Suite Function/Microsoft office
*Experience of digital content authoring tools an advantage but not essential
*A keen understanding of training trends,developments and best practices
*Hold a level 3 in education and training or equivalent experience
Package:
£33,000 to £37,000 dependent on experience + Bonus
