Daily Duties: *Providing technical support across the business, ensuring IT systems run smoothly.
*Working closely with colleagues to resolve technical issues and improve IT processes.
*Managing and maintaining key infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud platforms.
*Assisting with system upgrades, deployments, and IT projects.
*Documenting processes and contributing to the continuous improvement of IT services.
