This position is perfect for Conveyancing Assistants with at least 6 months of experience who are eager to take their careers to the next level. You’ll be working alongside a Senior Fee Earner in a highly reputable L500 firm, offering exceptional career progression.
Key Requirements:
*To be considered, candidates must have extensive experience as a Conveyancing Assistant
*Applications without this experience will not be accepted
Responsibilities:
*Open new files and input instructions into the Case Management system, generating relevant letters and documents
*Update the Case Management system in line with team procedures throughout the process
*Issue contracts on sale files and assist with responding to enquiries
*Order searches and manage exchanges and associated paperwork
*Set up completions and issue mortgage reports to clients
