Job Description:
Our exclusive client, based in Chorley, is currently recruiting an experienced Accounts Clerk to join their busy team. This is a new role due to growth within the business.
Duties of the role include:
*Processing supplier invoices and dealing with any queries
*Statement reconciliations
*Raising invoices and credits where needed
*Supporting their manager with weekly payroll
*Inputting new starter information
*Bank reconciliations
*Producing financial reports on spend, alongside the accounts manager
*Ad hoc accounting duties when needed
This varied role would suit someone with some accounting experience who wants to build on their experience further. The business would pay for AAT study if this was something the successful candidate is interested in, but it isn’t essential. You must be a good team player, have a friendly manner and have a real passion for accounting.
