Job Description:
Reporting into the Service Desk Manager you will be responsible for providing internal support to users within the business.

What we are looking for:
*Previous experience of working within an IT Service Desk environment (ideally 2 years or more)
*Strong working knowledge of Windows 10, O365, AD etc
*Excellent communication skills to raise tickets effectively
*Ability to troubleshoot hardware & software issues remotely
