Your Role as a Paraplanner
As a key member of our team, you’ll work closely with our financial advisers, ensuring clients receive bespoke financial solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
? Conducting in-depth research and analysis on investments, pensions, and protection products
? Preparing high-quality reports and suitability letters in line with compliance requirements
? Assisting in the development of financial plans tailored to clients’ needs and aspirations
? Liaising with providers and maintaining accurate client records
? Staying ahead of industry changes to deliver informed, up-to-date advice
What We’re Looking For
? Paraplanning Experience: Previous experience of working as a paraplanner within an IFA firm
? Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and financial planning principles
? Analytical & Research Skills: Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
? Communication Excellence: Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, client-friendly explanations
? Professional Ambition: Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards it) preferred
