JOB TITLE: Customer Service Advisor
HOURS: 8:30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
INTERVIEWS: Taking place next week!
SALARY: £24,000
LOCATION: Central Bournemouth
CULTURE: Friendly team
The role:
*Being the first point of contact for all incoming calls
*Assisting with customer queries
*Building strong relationship with customers
*Providing support and advice to clients
*Updating the database with customers information
*Responding to a high volume of emails
*Maintaining client records
*Updating purchase orders on the system
*Liaising with suppliers
What You’ll Bring:
*Previous experience in a customer service role
*Excellent communication skills
*Ability to effectively prioritise workload
*Confident telephone manner
*Strong problem solving abilities
