FP&A Analyst | Cheshire | £45,000 - £55,000
An opportunity to join a PE backed business based in Cheshire as they continue on their acquisitive growth drive. Reporting into the Head of Finance, this is a newly created role that will offer the opportunity for someone to add genuine value whilst being responsible for ’ground up’ process implementation within the FP&A team.
Range of duties will include;
*Develop and implement financial models aimed to provide detailed insight to aid decision making
*Design models to challenge accepted or new business strategies
*Work closely with the M&A team to provide insight into further potential acquisitions
*Produce detailed forecasts and provide commentary on key risk/opportunities
*Design a KPI suite and produce monthly reports for management to aid decision making
*Partner with Ops teams to provide detailed analytical feedback on key performance metrics
*Play an active part in all financial planning & budgeting activities
Candidate profile;
*Qualified (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) preferred – NOT essential
*Advanced analytical experience using Excel, ERP systems and other suites
*Excellent communication skills
*Business partnering background advantageous
*M&A exposure also advantageous
