We’re Hiring: Deputy Home Manager (RGN) - Make a Real Difference Every Day Are you a dedicated Registered General Nurse with a passion for leadership and high-quality care? We’re looking for an experienced Deputy Home Manager with an active NMC PIN to support the daily operations of a well-established care home in [insert area]. What You’ll Be Doing: * Supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home.
* Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of care staff and nurses to deliver outstanding, person-centered care.
* Ensuring all clinical and regulatory standards are met, and documentation is accurately maintained.
* Overseeing medication management and clinical governance processes.
* Conducting care assessments and reviews to ensure residents’ changing needs are met effectively.
* Acting as a point of escalation for staff, residents, and families, always providing guidance with empathy and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For: * A qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN - essential.
* Previous experience in a senior nursing or deputy management role in a care home or clinical setting.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* In-depth understanding of CQC standards and safeguarding procedures.
* A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to older people.
