MERJE is seeking a dynamic Claims Manager to lead the Travel Claims department for a leading insurance and assistance solutions provider. The Role

Key Responsibilities of the Claims Manager:
*Lead and develop a team of Travel Claims professionals
*Manage and resolve complex claims, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs
*Drive continuous improvement in claims processes and team performance
*Collaborate with Business Partners to meet performance targets
*Implement strategic resource planning and budget management
Required knowledge and experience for the Claims Manager role:
*Proven experience in claims management, preferably in travel insurance
*Strong leadership and team development skills
*Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
*Proficiency in performance management and KPI tracking
*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
