Role Responsibilities *Delivering a blend of corporate tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse client base
*Managing a portfolio of clients and developing strong, long-term relationships
*Assisting with the delivery of projects in areas such as corporate restructures, international tax, R&D, and group structuring
*Supporting and mentoring junior team members, reviewing work and helping them to grow
*Collaborating across departments to ensure a seamless service for clients
*Playing an active role in business development and identifying opportunities for additional services

Candidate Requirements *CTA qualified (or equivalent), or nearing completion
*Proven experience in corporate tax within a UK practice environment
*Strong technical knowledge with a commercial mindset
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*A proactive team player with the confidence to take ownership of work and support colleagues
*Ambition to grow and develop, with the drive to contribute to a growing firm
What’s on Offer? *£45,000 to £50,000 per annum
*Permanent, full-time role
*Discretionary bonus
*25 days holiday + bank holidays, plus option to buy/sell up to 5 days
