Senior Recruitment Consultant - £27k-£35k (Dependant on experience) - permanent - Sheffield - Hays Civils
The Opportunity
The Hays Construction and Civils Division in Sheffield, is a 4-person team, covering trades, white collar, maintenance and civils. This particular opportunity will focus on Civil and Infrastructure across Yorkshire, including Highways, Water and Structural.
Our leadership team have over 50 years of experience in the Sheffield market and have witnessed the market changes, developing and strategizing the team accordingly.
Temporary and Permanent job roles covered:
Site Engineer, Design Engineer, Structural Engineer, Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Highway Engineer, Site Agent
What can I expect day to day?
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll have the freedom to do things differently, supported by colleagues and a leadership team with a wealth of experience in the recruitment industry. Your job role will include:
*Running a 360 desk
*Provide expert, specialist advice to candidates
*Develop and implement effective individual business and sales plans
*Facilitate to an advanced level the end to end recruitment process
*Lead by example through exceptional, consistent fee performance, activity, and attitude
*Consistently develop market intelligence
*Working with the leadership team on initiatives and projects

Proven track record of billing success within a 360 recruitment position
