Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent, hands-on PA looking for an amazing new role with a company of a lifetime. We have a hybrid role available in the lovely Warwickshire area: 1 day in the office and 4 days working from home. We are looking for a talented PA who is able to work independently and confidently, providing support to one of the company’s managers in a leading organization in its sector.
The role involves general PA support, including administration, secretarial duties, and billing, while also assisting with day-to-day requirements for the director. We are recruiting quickly for this role, so please apply now if you believe you’re a perfect fit.
Responsibilities:
*Organizing the director’s diary, including booking travel, arranging meetings, taking minutes, and setting reminders.
*Taking minutes during meetings.
*General administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
*Acting as the first point of contact for the director, managing and handling all calls.
*Liaising with staff, external suppliers, and clients.
*Writing and preparing documents on behalf of the director.
*Acting as the gatekeeper and point of contact for the director.
*Transferring calls from reception to the relevant person.
Key Requirements:
*Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
*General administrative experience.
*Strong organizational skills.
*A positive and upbeat attitude.
*PA experience is preferable.
*Excellent communication skills.
