Tired of month-end being the most exciting part of your job?

This role is for a part-qualified accountant who wants more than just reconciliations and reports. Yes, you’ll do the numbers - but you’ll also help shape the strategy.

I’m hiring for a manufacturing business that actually wants their finance people involved in commercial decisions. You’ll work closely with senior management and have real input on how things run - and how they could run better.

You’ll be:
??Owning month-end and balance sheet recs
??Managing cash, controls, and improving systems
??Leading and developing the accounts team
??Driving projects, cutting waste, and improving efficiency
??Translating finance into plain English for non-finance people

You’ll need to be:
??Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA or similar)
??Commercially switched on
??Confident supporting people and pushing for change
??Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in
??Bonus points for: Navision, Phocas, and manufacturing experience.
