Salary: Circa £50,000 base + bonus + company car

Our client’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has positioned us as a leader in the industry. We are now looking for a talented and driven Freight Business Development Manager to join our client’s team and help us expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
*Identify and develop new business opportunities within the European Road Freight sector.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
*Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
*Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience.
*Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in business development within the freight forwarding or logistics industry, with a focus on European Road Freight.
*Strong understanding of the European Road Freight market and its dynamics.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
*Valid UK driving license.
